Owners will need to provide Triple M Horsemanship with a current veterinarian health certificate, worming and immunization record and negative coggins papers and brought to Triple M Horsemanship at the time of attendance. Should a horse become sick or injured, Triple M Horsemanship will attempt to contact the owner immediately, if owner is unavailable and Triple M Horsemanship feels measures need to be taken immediately for the horse’s safety or well being Triple M Horsemanship is authorized to request the service of a vet to give any attention that appears or is deemed necessary. The Owner WILL BE responsible for these expenses. At the time of pick up when the owner takes their lesson they will be either required to wear their helmet or sign a release waiver releasing Triple M Horsemanship of any liabilities if injury should occur. Triple M Horsemanship is not responsible for any damage, injury or theft to the owner’s horse, tack, equipment or trailer. The owner if so choosing should carry his own personal property insurance policy. As Triple M Horsemanship’s facility provides adequate and reasonable levels of safety it is understood that each horse is unique and Triple M Horsemanship will not guarantee the results or degree to which the horse will be trained. Owners also need to understand that the training of a horse can place the horse above normal stress both physically and mentally and Triple M Horsemanship is not responsible for the results of the reasonable levels of stress which could potentially cause injury, illness, and /or loss of horse by death. Owner agrees to at all times maintain adequate accident/medical insurance to cover owner or persons taking the required lesson on the horse at the Triple M Horsemanship facility. If owner or person being trained is a minor then all parents, legal guardians or authorized agent for said minor must sign all release agreements holding Triple M Horsemanship harmless of any damage or injury.
